Our goal is and has always been to provide constant and relevant information to our clients to help keep you up-to-date and informed regarding your window treatment orders. To do this, we utilize a project management system that sends automatic updates to your email address.
When do I start getting emails?
You’ll receive an email letting you know that you’ve been enrolled in the system to receive updates. This usually happens after your first invoice is paid.
What if I have multiple projects?
Each project is enrolled individually, so each project will have its own tracking. You’re enrolled when the project begins and once the project ends you will stop receiving email notifications.
How many emails should I expect?
Depending on the size of your job you may receive anywhere between 3 to 10 emails throughout the duration of your project.
Can I opt-out or provide a different email?
To opt out of receiving further notifications select the “Opt-Out” button below and enter the email address that is associated with the notifications.
To change the email address used for notifications select the “Enroll” button below and provide your information. You do NOT need to opt-out first. Providing a new email will change your existing project.
These changes may take up to 48 hours to go into effect.
